The apartment block is located close to the entrance of Porto Rotondo, not far from the center (500 mt approx.) and overlooks the Pier of Rudalza (300 mt approx.), which is the west end of the famous Port of Porto Rotondo.
There are nearly 150 apartments surrounded by a wide flowered park, situated in 1 o 2 storied houses, and their distance from the sea is included between 300 and 600 mt. they are all furnished in very good taste, provided with veranda, if ground floor, or balcony, if 1st or 2nd floor (excepting some bed-sitting room),toilet with shower, TV, many of them have hotplates in the kitchenette.
Rudargia Residence benefits by several services: Swimming pool with free deckchairs, customers’ reserved beach with facilities, small playground for kids, rotisserie Supermarket, newsstand, tobacconist, bank and cash machine, post office, 2 bars, a small snack-bar on the beach, restaurants, pizzeria, chemist’s and medical service at 500 mt.
The reception office Rudargia-ATPR – open every day – is located at the entrance of the shopping area of the Residence, in Piazzetta Rudargia. You can book on-site the boat trip to the islands and to the archipelago of La Maddalena. The reception is not all-day opening so customers are requested to communicate their time of arrival if outside expected times.
