Situated at the center of Porto Rotondo, on a small hill surrounded by a flowered garden not far from Piazza San Marco and approximately 800 mt from the beach.

The Unit enjoys all Porto Rotondo’s facilities, a few steps from Restaurants, Bar, Pizzerias, various shops and chemist’s. It is about 300 mt far from the central pier of the tourist port of Porto Rotondo. It is provided with a free customers’ reserved swimming pool with deckchairs.

There are about 100 flats, literally surrounded by maquis. They are all furnished with taste, provided with toilet with shower and spacious open verandas (excepting some bed-sitting room)

There are several typologies meant to meet all requirements:

– Bed-sitting room
– Two-roomed flat
– Three-roomed flat

Animals not admitted.

The Reception – open every day – is about 500 mt far from the entrance of Porto Rotondo, on the main road a few steps from the Unit itself. You can book on-site the boat trip to the islands and to the archipelago of La Maddalena.

Stays are weekly: from Saturday (flats available from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.)to Saturday (flats must be left by 10 a.m.).
