The apartment block Porto Rotondo Tre is inside Rudargia village straight after entering Porto Rotondo, not far from the center (500 mt approx.) and from the port. The area is horseshoe-shaped and encloses a wide flowered park, and it is all near the condominial swimming pool. All flats are about 500 mt far from the sea.

There are about 70 flats included in one or maximum two-storied houses. They are well furnished, supplied with TV and switchboard connected phone, upright electric fan, security box, covered veranda (if ground floor ) or balcony (if upper floor), toilet with shower.

Porto Rotondo 3 shares its facilities with Rudargia, being part of the same village: swimming pool and free deckchairs, customers’ reserved beach with facilities, small playground for kids, self-service laundry supplied with irons…
Rotisserie Supermarket, newsstand, tobacconist, Bank and cash machine, post office, 2 bars, a small snack-bar on the beach, restaurants, pizzeria, chemist’s and medical service at 500 mt.

The Reception – open every day – is at the entrance of the Unit. You can book on-site the boat trip to the islands and to the archipelago of La Maddalena. The reception does not assure all-day opening so customers are requested to communicate their time of arrival if outside expected times.
